The company «ПромАвтоматика» was established in Saint Petersburg in 1996. From the moment of its foundation, the Company has focused on the market of industrial process automation systems, which remains its core area of activity to this day.
Over the years, ПромАвтоматика has accumulated extensive positive experience in the development and implementation of Automated Process Control Systems (APCS), as well as individual systems and devices, primarily in such industries as hydro and thermal power engineering, metallurgy, oil and gas, and woodworking. ПромАвтоматика-Софт has successfully completed automation projects for individual production facilities in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, the agro-industrial sector, and construction.
An important area of the Company’s activity is the development, application, maintenance, and advancement over the course of two and a half decades of its proprietary industrial controller programming tool — the ПОЛИГОН system.
ПОЛИГОН is based on the specialized FBD programming language in accordance with the GOST IEC 61131-3 standard and includes numerous function block libraries that cover the vast majority of the needs of system integrators and end users.
ПОЛИГОН is a programming system that enables solutions for import substitution and technological leadership in the development of applications for industrial controllers within APCS. The system supports various types of Russian controllers, including ABAK, OWEN, REGUL, Fastwel, and others.
An Authorized Training Center of ПромАвтоматика-Софт was opened at Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University in October 2025. The Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program enables participants to master both basic and advanced capabilities of configuring and programming industrial controllers using the ПОЛИГОН system.
