The Company’s core business activities include the assembly and installation of technological equipment, electrical installation works, fabrication of metal structures for automotive manufacturing plants, and industrial services. One of the Company’s key areas of activity is the development and application of hardware and software solutions for organizing discrete manufacturing processes within project implementations.

To support workforce training and facilitate the implementation of advanced developments, the Company, on a gratuitous basis, equipped a training classroom at the Higher School of Cyber-Physical Systems of SPbPU with an Intelligent Workstation (IWS) and the MES.lite Manufacturing Execution System software.

The MES.lite system is designed to manage production processes at an assembly enterprise. The software enables task management at all stages of production, with the capability to integrate with upper-level systems such as ERP, PLM, PDM, and WMS.

The Intelligent Workstation (IWS) is an integrated hardware-software system intended to automate assembly operations. The IWS consists of technical and software components that provide operator interaction and feedback from external devices. It can operate autonomously to perform local production operations, as well as in conjunction with the MES.lite assembly production management system to organize an assembly production site based on a unified assembly process technology.

The equipment and software provided to the Higher School are used both in the core educational process for students and in scientific and technical seminars conducted with employees of industrial enterprises.
